Your subscription is based on attendee blocks. Each block covers 200 attendees and costs $100/month. So 400 attendees = 2 blocks = $200/month, 600 attendees = 3 blocks = $300/month, and so on. Volume discounts apply automatically when your attendee count reaches a threshold — you never need to ask for them.

An attendee is anyone who enrolls in or checks in to your experience through the Event Passport app. Organizer and admin accounts don't count toward your limit.

Yes, at any time from your organizer dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
