Your event data, where you need it

Event Passport PRO is where your event runs. It shouldn't be where your data stops. Send it to the systems your team already works in, pull it when you need it, or download it and be done.

Included with PRO at no extra cost.

One source. Every system your team already uses.

Two ways to move data. Use either, or both.

Most integrations come down to one question: should Event Passport PRO tell your system when something happens, or should your system ask Event Passport PRO when it needs to know? Both work, and they're good at different things.

Webhooks push. Event Passport PRO sends each event the moment it occurs. Best when your system should react right away, like logging a lead in your CRM or crediting participation in your HR platform.

The API pulls. Your system asks Event Passport PRO for records whenever it wants them. Best for reporting, reconciliation, or loading a whole event's history at once.

Most teams end up using both: webhooks for what's happening now, the API for everything that already happened.

Two directions. One source of truth.

Your system knows, the moment it happens

An attendee scans a QR code at your event. Before they've put their phone away, the stamp is in your system.

Attendee scans 2:14:07 Event Passport PRO records the stamp 2:14:07 Your system knows 2:14:07 No nightly batch. No manual export. No waiting.

Choose which events you want. Registrations, stamp activity, reward claims, sponsor offer redemptions. Event Passport PRO delivers each one to an endpoint your team controls, as it happens.

No polling. Your system doesn't have to keep asking whether anything changed. Event Passport PRO tells it.

Nothing missed. If your endpoint is unreachable, delivery is retried rather than dropped.

You choose what arrives. Subscribe to everything, or only the events that matter to the system receiving them.

A direct line to your event data

When your team needs to pull records rather than receive them, the API gives them a straightforward way in. Ask for attendees, admission history, or engagement data, filter by event or date, and get back exactly what you asked for.

  • Read-only. Nothing in your event can be changed from outside. The API answers questions; it doesn't take instructions.
  • Scoped to your account. Each key sees your data and nothing else.
  • Built for reporting. Filterable and paginated, so pulling a year of history is as straightforward as pulling yesterday's.

No developer required

Not every team wants an integration, and not every question needs one. Every report in Event Passport PRO downloads as a CSV, ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or anything else your team already uses.

Exports include your custom registration fields, not just the standard columns. If you asked attendees for their department, dietary requirements, or T-shirt size at registration, it's in the file.

What this looks like on a real program

A retail company runs a nine-month engagement program: monthly experiences across several locations, roughly 500 associates taking part.

During each event, associates scan at stations to collect stamps. Each scan reaches the company's internal system within the second, so participation is credited without anyone filing a report.

Between events, the program lead pulls engagement data through the API into the dashboard she shows her director each month. No exports, no copy-paste, no waiting on anyone.

At quarter end, she downloads the full participation history as a CSV and hands it to finance for the recognition budget.

Three different needs, three different tools, one source of data.

The connection belongs to you

You own it.

Event Passport PRO holds your event data on your behalf. It's never shared, sold, or combined with another organizer's.

You can take it, always.

Full export is available on demand and doesn't depend on staying a customer.

Access is yours to grant and revoke.

API keys are issued per account and can be turned off whenever you want.

Read-only by default.

External access can retrieve data. It cannot modify your event, your attendees, or your settings.

Questions, answered.

Do I need a developer?

Not for exports, which download straight from your admin dashboard. Webhooks and the API are there for teams who want data flowing automatically, and that part does need someone technical on your side.

Which tools does Event Passport PRO connect to?

Any system that can receive data over HTTPS. Rather than a fixed list of connectors, Event Passport PRO gives your team direct access, so the data goes where you need it.

What if my system can't receive webhooks?

Then the API is the better route. Your system pulls on whatever schedule suits it.

Does it cost extra?

No. API access and webhooks are included with PRO.
