You can now run your entire sponsorship program inside Event Passport PRO.
Build the packages you actually sell, with your tiers, your pricing, your inventory and your questions. Publish a page and let sponsors reserve on their own. Give every sponsor a portal where they submit everything you need, on the deadlines you set. Watch all of it land in one list that tells you who is ready and who is not.
This is not a sponsor directory with a few extra fields on it. It is a full sponsorship operation, sitting in the same Experience as your registration, agenda, admission and networking. One system, nothing to sync, no second tool to buy.
And it is fast. A package goes live the moment you save it. A sold out tier hides itself. A logo reaches your app directory the second the sponsor uploads it, with nobody in the middle.
If you have been running sponsorships on a prospectus PDF, an intake form and a couple of spreadsheets, you can close all of them.
Build your packages the way you actually sell them. Prices, member and non-member rates, how many exist, when they go on sale, what is included, paid add-ons. Add the questions you always end up emailing people about. Publish a reservation page.
Sold out tiers hide themselves. Nobody edits a PDF.

Put the link in your prospectus, your newsletter, your outreach. Sponsors see what is available, pick a package, answer your questions and reserve. The record lands in your dashboard with everything already attached.
If you need to approve who gets member pricing, you approve. The spot is held while you decide.

This is the part that gives you your week back.
Every sponsor gets their own portal. No password, no account, just a link that goes to their inbox. Inside, they see what they bought and everything you still need from them, each with a deadline. They upload their logo, write their listing, accept your terms, send their certificate of insurance.
You watch the checklist finish from your dashboard. When somebody falls behind, you nudge them in one click instead of writing the email.

Payment is recorded, not collected, for now. Most organizers invoice sponsorships through their own accounting or membership system, and we are not going to ask a treasurer to split receivables across two systems for one event a year. Collecting directly is coming, as an option.
Sponsors do not have QR codes yet, so there is no booth scanning. Sponsor lead capture works the other way today: when an attendee claims a sponsor offer, that lead reaches the sponsor with a timestamp. Booth scanning is planned.
Everything here is included in PRO. Open any Experience, go to Sponsors, and you will find Packages and Sponsor questions sitting above your existing sponsor list.
Your current sponsors are exactly where you left them. Nothing was converted, renamed or reassigned. If you sold your sponsorships offline and only want logos in the app, keep doing that and ignore the rest.
Turning on the portal is one toggle. Publishing your reservation page is one more.
